Pomegranate and Vodka Sorbet
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Filtered Water
- 9 OZ Superfine Sugar
- 3 OZ Light Corn Syrup
- 1 3/4 Pomegranate Juice
- 3 OZ Vodka
- 3 Oz Lime Juice
Directions:
Simmer the water, sugar, light corn syrup. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil for 5 Minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Stir in vodka, pomegranate juice and lime juice. Chill in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. Enjoy!
