Now that warmer weather is upon us (at least for the lucky ones!) sorbet is an ideal dessert.  It is refreshing, simple, and it won’t heat up your kitchen to an overwhelming degree.  Moreover, because sorbet is a frozen dessert, you can pop it out from the freezer any time for your lucky guests!
