A Gin Fizz is a creamy and luscious classic. Egg white and cream make this cocktail especially indulgent. Grenadine and pomegranate make a wonderful pink hue. Here’s a recipe for a delicious twist on the classic.
Ingredients:
2 ounce gin
1 ounce grenadine
Juice of half a freshly squeezed lime
1 ounce oz Pomegranate Juice
2 Drops Orange Flower Water
2 Drops Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 ounces Heavy Cream
1 Egg White
Directions:
Shake all ingredients without ice — very vigorously — in a shaker. Then, add ice to shaker, shake vigorously for several minutes — and strain into a Tom Collins glass. Top off with bit of seltzer or club soda.
