Pomegranate Fruit Salad Platter

This delicious and healthy salad adds a bit of sunshine to a winter day.

1 Pineapple, sliced into rounds
3 oranges, sliced into rounds
1 ripe mango, diced
Seeds from 1/2 pomegranate
fresh mint leaves

juice from half a lemon
1 tablespoon of honey

Slice all fruit and arrange on a platter. Sprinkle with pomagranate arals. Mix the dressing of honey and lemon juice together, and sprinkle on top. Garnish with fresh sprigs of mint.
